Product Manager

Position Overview: Responsible for the strategic management, growth, profitability and lifecycle management of the Surgical and Endo Surgery portfolio. The role combines product management, supplier management, marketing, forecasting and sales leadership. Job Objectives: • Develop and execute product strategies. • Manage portfolio growth and product lifecycle. • Drive revenue, gross profit and market share objectives. • Manage supplier relationships and commercial negotiations. • Support and train sales teams. • Lead product launches, workshops and marketing initiatives. • Manage inventory, forecasting and budgeting. • Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities. Experience and Qualifications: • Nursing • Clinical Technology • Biomedical Technology • Health Sciences BSc / Similar • Business/Marketing (with relevant medical device experience) • 5 – 10 Years experience in the Medical Devices Industry would be advantageous • Product Manager Experience in the Health Industry • Proven experience in Surgical Sutures and/or Endo Surgery products Competency and skills: • Strong time management skills • Ability to multi-task • Ability to work within a Team • Ability to build customer relationships • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. • Strong supplier management and commercial negotiation skills.
