What You'll Do:

• Take complete ownership of projects, managing multiple workstreams from initiation to completion

• Define project priorities aligning with business goals

• Lead the implementation and optimisation of CRM systems, sales and retention platforms, and call centre technologies

• Drive AI and automation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption

• Embed new systems into daily operations and promote effective usage across teams

• Act as the main liaison between Operations, IT, Marketing, and senior management

• Monitor project progress, remove obstacles, and maintain momentum

• Hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables and deadlines

• Continuously explore opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through technological and process improvements

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within financial services or fintech

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Experience with CRM systems, sales platforms, and automation tools
