Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce cosmetic formulations, including lotions, creams, and hair relaxers.
- Take full ownership of daily production operations and output.
- Supervise production staff and ensure adherence to standard procedures.
- Conduct quality control checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain accurate formulation, batch, and production records.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and manufacturing standards.
- Monitor product stability and recommend formulation improvements.
- Drive process optimisation to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Support new product development and innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in cosmetics manufacturing.
- Proven experience producing lotions, creams, and hair relaxers.
- Experience supervising production teams or managing a production line.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic formulation, QC, and manufacturing processes.
- Must be based on or willing to work on the Lagos Mainland.
