Production Workshop Supervisor
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Workshop Supervisor will supervise the daily activities of the workshop and oversee Production Operators to ensure production, quality, and safety targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
The Production Workshop Supervisor will be responsible for:
• Supervising a team of approximately 60 to 75 operators.
• Organizing and monitoring daily production activities.
• Ensuring production targets are achieved.
• Monitoring quality standards and customer requirements.
• Use digital tools to plan and monitor production activities.
• Maintaining discipline and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Ensuring health and safety rules are respected.
• Preparing basic production reports and providing feedback to the Production Manager.
Requirements & Skills
• HSC+ or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience in supervising teams.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Computer literate and comfortable using production monitoring tools.
• Leadership skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
