Duties and Responsibilities:
- Compile and manage project cost plans and budgets
- Prepare tender and contract documentation
- Monitor project expenditure and financial performance
- Assess contractor claims and payment certificates
- Perform quantity take-offs and measurements using DimX
- Maintain accurate project reporting and commercial records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure project success
