What You'll Do
Program Management
- Own the planning, execution, and delivery of community programs, events, and initiatives both virtual and in-person, ensuring they run on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
- Define program goals, success metrics, and KPIs; track performance and report regularly to leadership with insights and recommendations.
- Build and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and budgets, coordinating cross-functional contributors across marketing, product, and operations.
- Develop repeatable playbooks, processes, and documentation so programs can scale efficiently.
- Manage vendors, venues, speakers, and partners where required.
Community Building & Management
You will grow and manage our owned community spaces, turning students, alumni, and prospects into an active, connected ecosystem.
- Build and manage communities across Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, Circle.so, and Slack.
- Design and execute community programs: AMAs, challenges, onboarding flows, and webinars.
- Moderate discussions, foster inclusive and supportive interactions, and act as the bridge between the community and internal teams.
- Manage and support mentors, coaches, and instructors — coordinating schedules, tracking engagement, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for learners.
- Recruit and nurture brand advocates through a structured Champions/Ambassador programme.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing to align community programs with brand campaigns, product launches, and content calendars.
- Work with Product and Customer Success teams to close the feedback loop between community insights and roadmap decisions.
- Represent the organisation at external events, meetups, and industry forums.
