Project IT Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee IT projects to support estate operations, including network systems, data management, and security technologies.
• Manage and maintain estate IT infrastructure servers, networks, Wi-Fi systems, CCTV, access control, smart home integrations, etc..
• Ensure the smooth functioning of estate management applications e.g., billing systems, helpdesk platforms, resident portals.
• Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for IT installations and support.
• Implement data security measures and disaster recovery plans.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support and training to staff and residents on IT systems.
• Develop IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in IT project management, infrastructure support, or systems administration preferably in real estate, facility management, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of networking, server management, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
• Experience with estate/facility IT systems CCTV, access control, smart technologies is an added advantage.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications e.g., PMP, ITIL, CCNA, Microsoft, CISSP are highly desirable.
