Project Manager (PMO)

Description:
Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager (PMO) to join their mining company based in Gauteng. You will be responsible for leading the Project Management Office (PMO) by overseeing strategic projects, driving governance and continuous improvement, and ensuring successful project delivery aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, governance and delivery of strategic projects across the business.
• Manage the project portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, templates and governance frameworks.
• Monitor project performance, risks, budgets and resource allocation to support successful project delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance, efficiency and cost optimisation.
• Prepare executive and management reports, dashboards and project performance updates.
• Conduct project reviews, risk assessments and post-implementation evaluations to measure project success.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Grade 12
• Degree in Mining Engineering/Project Management/Business Administration or related
• Minimum 8 - 10 years' experience in project management, strategy, or operational improvement
• Proven experience managing a PMO or complex portfolio of projects
• Demonstrated success in leading business improvement initiatives.
• Valid Driver's License

• Salary: R1.2mil - R1.3mil P/A
• Paid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable)
