Employment Information

Our client is seeking a professional, organised, and reliable Property Management Consultant to oversee a portfolio of commercial business properties.


The ideal candidate will have strong administrative ability, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to manage service providers, contractors, and on-site activities.


This role requires a hands?on individual who can conduct site visits, coordinate maintenance, manage invoicing, and ensure smooth day?to?day property operations.


 


Key Responsibilities


Property Portfolio Management



  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of commercial business properties
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure property standards are maintained
  • Identify maintenance needs and ensure timely resolution

 


Contractor & Service Provider Coordination



  • Liaise with maintenance teams, electricians, plumbers, security providers, painters, and builders
  • Obtain quotes, schedule work, and ensure quality service delivery
  • Build strong working relationships with all service providers

 


Administration & Invoicing



  • Manage invoicing, job cards, and supporting documentation
  • Ensure accurate record?keeping and timely submission of invoices
  • Track expenses and ensure cost?effective property management

 


Operational Support



  • Assist with tenant queries and operational issues
  • Ensure compliance with property standards and safety requirements
  • Support the Property Manager with daily operational tasks
