Key Responsibilities
- Testing and inspection of construction materials.
- Personnel training & quality induction programs.
- Inspection and supervision of civil works.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Requirements
- Degree/HND in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years relevant field experience.
Technical Skills Required:
- Knowledge of QA/QC systems & ISO standards.
- Proficiency in material testing & civil inspection.
- Familiarity with quality control documentation.
- Experience with NDT or relevant testing methods.
Behavioural Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail & analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication & reporting skills.
- Team player with leadership ability.
