Qron Maintenance

We are seeking a dedicated, practical, and experienced Building Maintenance person to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring our facility is safe, functional, and well-maintained through proactive repairs and rapid response to maintenance faults. This is a very hands-on role requiring strong DIY skills, problem-solving ability, and a can-do attitude. Key Responsibilities • Preventative maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, service equipment, and ensure compliance with safety standards. • General repairs: Perform minor plumbing (drain unblocking, PVC repairs), electrical work, carpentry, painting, welding, and other maintenance tasks. • Site upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness, lighting, and overall condition of the building and surrounding grounds. • Contractor liaison: Assist and oversee external contractors when required. • Reporting: Submit daily or weekly maintenance progress reports via email or mobile app. Requirements • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in building maintenance or construction-related trades. • Practical knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transport. • Ability to work under pressure with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. • Strong hands-on approach and problem-solving skills.
