Well establish law firm in Monument Park is looking for a RAF Attorney to join their team
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 3 Years experience as Admitted Attorney
- Experience dealing with Road Accident Fund matters
- Handle RAF claims independently
- Draft pleadings, notices, affidavits, and settlement proposals
- Attend court appearances and trials
- Conduct consultations with clients, experts, and counsel
- Liaise with the Road Accident Fund and other stakeholders
- Manage litigation timelines and court deadlines
- Prepare trial bundles and briefs to counsel
