Job Details

Minimum Requirements:

  •  Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  •  Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Professional telephone etiquette and customer service approach
  •  Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Reliable, professional, and discreet
Key Responsibilities
  •  Manage reception and switchboard professionally
  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers
  •  Handle incoming/outgoing calls, emails, mail, and courier services
  •  Maintain a professional reception area
  •  Schedule meetings and manage meeting room bookings
  •  Perform general administrative duties (filing, scanning, document control)
  •  Maintain office supplies and stationery
  •  Capture and update records and databases accurately
  •  Support departments with general administrative tasks
  •  Ensure confidentiality of all company information
  •  Provide general office support to management and staff

 Starting Date -1 June 2026 or as soon as possible
