Job Description
- Receive and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Direct visitors and inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Receive, record, and distribute incoming mails, packages, and documents.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and visitor logs.
- Assist with office supplies inventory and procurement requests.
- Ensure confidentiality of company and client information.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Support general office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
Job Qualification Requirements
- OND or HND, in any relevant discipline.
- 0 – 1 years experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role.
- Proficiency in computer applications and office equipment.
