Job Description

  • Receive and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Direct visitors and inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Receive, record, and distribute incoming mails, packages, and documents.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and visitor logs.
  • Assist with office supplies inventory and procurement requests.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company and client information.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Support general office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.

Job Qualification Requirements

  • OND or HND, in any relevant discipline.
  • 0 – 1 years experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and office equipment.

Skills / Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and telephone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
