Richmond is looking for a skilled and results-driven Recoveries Manager to join our team at the Head Office in Lusaka, Zambia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recoveries pipeline across all branches.
- Prepare account files and coordinate legal recovery actions.
- Oversee the repossession of secured assets, including valuation, storage, and sale.
- Lead the Recoveries Team and submit monthly performance reports to management.
