About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Recruiter to join our HR team and play a key role in leading end to end recruitment for Ghana and Nigeria. Based in Ghana, this is a key role in supporting both immediate hiring needs and support strategic initiatives in support of long‑term talent strategies. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to attract, select high‑quality talent. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, contribute to employer branding initiatives aligned with current and future business needs.

Key Responsibilities include

Collaborate with managers to define staffing needs, role requirements, and selection criteria Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, references, and offers Build talent pipelines and nurture passive candidates for future needs Lead employer branding and represent the organisation at job fairs and recruitment events Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions and structured interview tools Maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS and HR systems (including SuccessFactors) Ensure a positive, professional, and transparent candidate experience, acting as 'brand ambassador' throughout the hiring process

About You

Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, or a related field Minium 2 years' in-house experience in a Talent Acquisition function, ideally in an international environment Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent development Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills Proactive, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting Advanced level of English; strong MS Office skills Certification in talent assessments is an advantage Ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast‑paced environments.
