We are looking for a driven and experienced recruitment professional who can manage full-cycle hiring processes and deliver an exceptional experience to both clients and candidates.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients and roles
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job requirements
- Sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, databases, and networking
- Screening CVs, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate suitability
- Presenting shortlisted candidates to clients and managing feedback loops
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintaining accurate candidate records using ATS/CRM systems
- Building and sustaining strong talent pipelines
- Staying updated on recruitment trends and best practices
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience within a recruitment or HR consulting firm added advantage
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment methodologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems ATS and recruitment tools
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of professionalism and a strong client-first mindset
