Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Property Studies, or a related field
  • 5–7 years' experience in property finance, asset management, or commercial analysis
  • Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and feasibility analysis skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
  • Experience within retail, commercial, mixed-use, or student property portfolios advantageous
  • Knowledge of the Gauteng property market beneficial
  • Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to travel within the Greater Gauteng region as required
