An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced **Regional HR Manager / HR Business Partner** to support a multi-site wellness club operation across **38 locations** in Gauteng North. ✨ **Requirements:** • Strong generalist HR background • Extensive IR, labour law and compliance experience • Proven CCMA representation experience • Multi-site HR experience is essential • Strong recruitment and talent management expertise • Experience with succession planning and development initiatives • Restructuring and change management experience • Culture and employee engagement survey analysis with action planning • Onboarding and HR compliance experience • Strong facilitation and presentation skills • Excellent reporting and analytical abilities • Operational HR experience within hospitality, premium retail or a similar fast-paced environment • Willingness to travel daily across the region, with occasional travel to Cape Town ? **Salary:** R70,000 basic per month (excluding benefits), plus performance incentive, R2,000 mobile allowance, and business travel reimbursed at the applicable AA rate.
