Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing and primary healthcare services
- Assess and manage illnesses and injuries within professional scope
- Support emergency medical response activities
- Assist with occupational health programmes
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Support infection prevention and control programmes
- Participate in employee health and wellness initiatives
- Participate in emergency preparedness exercises and simulations
- Maintain high standards of clinical governance and patient care
Requirements
- Recognised Nursing qualification
- Current registration with the relevant professional regulatory authority
- Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience
- Strong clinical assessment and patient-care capabilities
- Ability to respond effectively to medical emergencies
- Ability to work rotational and/or shift-based schedules
- Occupational health and emergency care experience will be advantageous
- Experience in mining, industrial or high-risk environments will be advantageous
