Minimum requirements for the role:
- Must have a tertiary technical qualification in Agriculture
- Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience within a regulatory environment
- Strong administrative and organizational skills are essential
- Good verbal and written communication skills are important
- Must be computer literate
The successful candidate will be responsible for:- Compiling product registrations in accordance with Act 36 of 1947 and other applicable legislation in South Africa and Sub-Saharan African countries.
- Managing and maintaining currently registered product registrations.
- Performing product stewardship and proofreading of all product labels, trial protocols, trial reports, as well as other relevant documentation.
- Liaising with personnel from the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries with regards to product registrations.
- Attending CropLife meetings as well as liaising with relevant industry stakeholders.
