Position: Relationship Manager / Intern
Department: Zambian Sales (Trade Finance)
Location: Lusaka Office, Zambia
Language Requirement: Fluent in French (MUST) — French Speaking is a Must!

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic student or graduate to join our Zambian sales team as a Relationship Manager / Intern, specialising in Trade Finance. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international trade and finance, while developing your career with a global group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Zambian sales team in managing client relationships.
• Assist in promoting trade finance solutions and services.
• Conduct market research and gather information on potential clients and opportunities.
• Help with customer follow-ups, proposals and reporting.
• Learn and contribute to achieving sales targets and business growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Currently a student or graduate (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, International Trade, Economics or a related field).
• Fluent in French (spoken and written) is a must.
• Previous experience working in sales (e.g. internships, part-time roles, or student projects).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm.
