We are seeking a Remote Cold Caller to join our dynamic real estate investment team. This position involves making outbound calls to property owners across the United States using an auto-dialer system. The role requires engaging with homeowners throughout the day to gather essential property information, build rapport, and identify potential sellers, all within a fast-paced professional environment.
Missions:

  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to property owners in the U.S. using an auto-dialer system.
  • Engage with hundreds of homeowners daily to collect relevant property details.
  • Follow established call scripts and procedures to ensure consistent communication.
  • Qualify leads by gathering property information and assessing seller readiness.
  • Handle basic objections professionally, maintaining a positive rapport with prospects.
  • Transfer qualified leads to the acquisitions team for further follow-up.
  • Accurately update notes and lead information within our CRM system.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication in English at all times.

This is an entry-level position with comprehensive training provided. We are looking for motivated individuals who are comfortable making hundreds of outbound calls daily, possess excellent communication skills in English, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Compensation:

  • $0.50 USD per hour, with weekly earnings of approximately 40 USD.
  • Performance-based bonuses awarded weekly.
