ABC Car Rental Ltd is recruiting a Rental Agent to support the growing operational needs of ABC Car Rental by delivering excellent customer service, increasing vehicle rentals, achieving sales targets efficiently, and ensuring smooth vehicle handover and return while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
· Promote and rent vehicles to customers to achieve sales targets.
· Assist customers with vehicle enquiries, reservations, and rental agreements.
· Explain rental terms, pricing, insurance, and optional services.
· Coordinate vehicle availability, delivery, and collection.
· Good geographical knowledge of Mauritius.
· Good knowledge of traffic rules and regulations.
· Ensure vehicles are clean, roadworthy, and ready for rental.
· Provide excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
· Build and maintain good relationships with customers, hotels, and tour operators.
· Comply with company policies, health and safety procedures, and traffic regulations.
Job requirement:
· Valid Driving License
· SC/HSC holder
· Good Communication skills
· >5 years working experience in similar position
· Good Knowledge of road safety regulations
· Ability to adapt to Flexible Schedules
· Clean driving record
