What You Bring

  • Recognised qualification in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience within a 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and fine dining service
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel operating systems including Opera PMS, Micros POS and EMS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good financial acumen
  • Proactive, self-motivated and solution-oriented
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, pressurised environment
  • Flexible availability including weekends, public holidays and evenings

What You Will Do

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations with a focus on service excellence and guest satisfaction
  • Motivate and energise staff through presence on the floor, clear communication and leading by example
  • Maintain consistency in food and beverage presentation, guest interaction and service delivery
  • Assist with scheduling, training and performance evaluations in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager
  • Handle guest feedback and challenging situations with professionalism and decisive action
  • Assist with inventory, stock control and cost management
  • Support daily audits, banking checks and administrative processes
  • Proactively identify and act on areas needing attention across staffing, floor flow and guest concerns
