Restaurant Supervisor – Hotel (South)

Our client is currently looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join the Food & Beverage team of a well-established hotel located in the South.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant floor and ensure smooth service throughout each shift.
• Supervise shift operations, table assignments, and overall floor flow.
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate the service team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Handle guest feedback, concerns, and special requests professionally and promptly.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain high service standards to maximise guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
