C-Care (Mauritius) Ltd is currently looking for a Room Service Attendant to be based at Wellkin Hospital, Moka.
The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
What you will be doing:
- Reads production orders on colour-coded menu cards on trays to determine items to place on tray
- Prepares and delivers food trays to the patients in a timely manner and with high customer satisfaction
- Ensure strict adherence to customer service, safety standards, hygiene, sanitation and tidiness at all times while performing the related duties
- Handles patient’s feedback /complaint and report to the Supervisor(s)
- Ensure that a good image of the company is being displayed at all times by dealing courteously with customers
What are we looking for?
- Minimum Secondary Education
- A minimum of 1-year experience in similar position
- Basic computer literacy
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and presentation skills
- Attentive and patient with Customers (Highly Customer Oriented)
- Ability to work on pressure and shift system
