Key Responsibilities
● Own and manage the full sales cycle (prospecting → negotiation → closing)
● Convert qualified leads into paying customers
● Conduct product demos tailored to businesses and non-profit organisations
● Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
● Develop proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
● Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM tools
● Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
● Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and product teams
● Identify new opportunities within target markets
Requirements
● 4–8 years of experience in sales (preferably Corporate coaching training programs)
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing quota-driven
environments
● Strong negotiation and closing skills
● Strong industry knowledge: Connections in multiple organisations in the country
● Experience selling products to businesses or enterprise clients is a strong advantage
● Data-driven mindset with experience in pipeline management and forecasting
● Excellent communication and leadership skills
