Job Purpose

• To support the sales function by managing sales data, preparing reports, maintaining customer records, coordinating sales administration, and supporting digital marketing activities to generate leads and improve customer engagement.

Job description

• Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and sales documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports and dashboards.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Monitor sales targets and provide performance updates to the sales team.
• Coordinate quotations, proposals, contracts, and customer correspondence.
• Support lead generation through digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage and update the company's website and social media platforms with relevant marketing content.
• Monitor digital marketing performance, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign results.
• Assist in email marketing campaigns and maintain customer mailing lists.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools is an added advantage.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and social media management is desirable
