About the Sales Agents Jobs in Lusaka As a Sales Agent with VMEN POWER TECHNOLOGY ENERGY COMPANY LTD, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our range of diesel generators, solar systems, and related products.

You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and nurturing relationships to achieve monthly sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential customers to expand market reach. Promote and sell diesel generators, solar systems, and associated products.

Generate new sales leads and maintain strong customer relationships. Conduct site visits and prepare accurate quotations tailored to client needs.

Follow up consistently with customers until sales are successfully closed. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Prepare detailed daily and weekly sales reports for management review. Candidate Requirements Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.

Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is advantageous. Previous sales experience will be considered an asset.

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Honesty, diligence, and a target-oriented mindset. Knowledge of generators, solar products, or electrical equipment is a plus.
