About the Role
Esperanza Printworks is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales and Front Desk Intern to support daily customer service and sales operations. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain practical experience in a fast-paced print and service environment.
Minimum Qualification
Applicants should have recently completed a Certificate or Diploma in one of the following or related fields from a recognised institution of higher learning:
Sales & Marketing, ICT, Office Administration, Business Administration
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming and attending to customers professionally at the front desk
Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Supporting sales activities and customer orders
Assisting in preparing quotations, invoices, and receipts
Maintaining customer records and basic filing systems
Coordinating with production/printing staff to ensure timely service delivery
Supporting general office and administrative tasks as assigned
Required Skills and Competencies
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel and email use)
Customer service orientation
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents
Professional attitude and willingness to learn
Basic sales and negotiation skills (an advantage)
