About the Role:
Sales and Marketing Intern Jobs in Lusaka This part-time, commission-based internship offers a hybrid working environment combining field marketing activities within Lusaka and remote social media promotion across platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will:
Follow up on inbound leads generated by SIGU Properties’ marketing campaigns Distribute promotional flyers in the field and engage with potential clients Conduct property viewings and assist clients during site visits Create basic media content to support online marketing efforts Candidate Requirements Applicants should demonstrate a strong interest in sales and marketing, with qualifications or experience aligned to the role.
The ideal candidate will have:
A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Real Estate, Communication, or an equivalent background; motivated school leavers with a strong sales drive are also encouraged to apply Fluency in English; knowledge of Nyanja or Bemba is advantageous Ownership of a smartphone with WhatsApp and basic computer skills Benefits and Compensation Commission-based earnings: receive a percentage of every closed deal or service payment secured Company-provided leads and contact information from ongoing marketing campaigns Printed promotional materials to support field marketing efforts Hands-on real estate training and flexible working hours Certificate or reference letter upon successful completion of the internship Opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time role based on performance Application Process Interested candidates should submit a CV along with a one-page cover letter detailing their motivation for applying.
