Key Responsibilities

  • Market and sell value-added agricultural products to supermarkets, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and institutional buyers.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to increase sales and market presence.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Conduct market surveys and provide feedback on customer preferences, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and support revenue growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate product promotions, activations, and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure proper product visibility, branding, and merchandising in outlets.
  • Follow up on customer payments and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Monitor stock movement and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure product availability.
  • Represent the company professionally during meetings, exhibitions, and marketing events.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Agribusiness, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG, agribusiness, or value-added products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of retail, wholesale, and distribution networks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
