Key Responsibilities

Market and sell value-added agricultural products to supermarkets, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and institutional buyers.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to increase sales and market presence.

Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels.

Negotiate sales contracts and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Conduct market surveys and provide feedback on customer preferences, pricing, and competitor activities.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Achieve assigned sales targets and support revenue growth initiatives.

Coordinate product promotions, activations, and marketing campaigns.

Ensure proper product visibility, branding, and merchandising in outlets.

Follow up on customer payments and maintain accurate sales records.

Monitor stock movement and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure product availability.

Represent the company professionally during meetings, exhibitions, and marketing events.
Qualifications and Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Agribusiness, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG, agribusiness, or value-added products.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Good knowledge of retail, wholesale, and distribution networks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation.

Strong organizational and customer service skills.

Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
