The Sales Assistant (Heavy Equipment Spares) will support the sales team in achieving targets and ensuring a positive customer experience by:

• Assisting in identifying and developing new customer leads.
• Supporting sales activities and preparing quotations, proposals and presentations.
• Following up with customers and providing product information.
• Maintaining customer records and updating the sales database.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
• Providing after-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
