POSITION: SALES ASSOCIATE / POS OPERATOR

Footwear Store | LUSAKA | Full-Time

🟢 THE ROLE

As a Sales Associate / POS Operator, you’ll be the face of our brand. You’ll help customers find their perfect pair and make sure every sale is smooth.

🟢 YOU WILL:

• SALES: Welcome customers, help with fittings, upsell, and hit daily sales targets
• POS OPERATIONS: Operate the till, process cash, card & mobile money payments accurately
• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Deliver friendly, world-class service. Handle inquiries and complaints
• STOCK: Restock shelves, receive new stock, do stock counts, and keep the store neat
• VISUALS: Assist with merchandising and product displays to make the store look fire
• TEAMWORK: Work with the Store Manager + team to create a vibe customers love

🟢 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Must be a FEMALE, between the age of 19–26, and live in LUSAKA
• Must be honest and accountable
• 1+ year retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred. Fresh grads with hustle are welcome
• Comfortable using a POS system and handling cash. Training provided
• Good with people. Friendly, confident, and great communication skills
• Presentable, energetic, and passionate about fashion/footwear
• Numerate and good with numbers
• Available to work Full-Time, including weekends + public holidays
