WatersEdge Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing global HR tech business to recruit a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative. The role focuses on driving top-of-funnel growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-potential leads for the sales team.
About the Role
As Sales Development Representative, you’ll support the Go-To-Market team by researching prospects, conducting outreach, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for sales executives. You’ll play a direct role in building a strong sales pipeline while learning best practices in modern B2B sales. This role is ideal for someone ambitious, coachable, and eager to grow within a high-performing sales organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company’s products and services with a strong understanding of client needs
- Generate leads and build relationships with warm prospects and new potential clients
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
- Engage sales executives for next steps and meeting handovers
- Refine and contribute to the lead generation playbook
- Conduct cold calls and email outreach to generate new sales opportunities
- Identify prospect needs and suggest relevant products or services
- Build long-term trust with prospects to qualify leads effectively
- Proactively identify new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales executives
- Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the Sales Manager
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong communication skills across phone and email
