WatersEdge Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing global HR tech business to recruit a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative. The role focuses on driving top-of-funnel growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-potential leads for the sales team.

About the Role

As Sales Development Representative, you’ll support the Go-To-Market team by researching prospects, conducting outreach, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for sales executives. You’ll play a direct role in building a strong sales pipeline while learning best practices in modern B2B sales. This role is ideal for someone ambitious, coachable, and eager to grow within a high-performing sales organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the company’s products and services with a strong understanding of client needs
  • Generate leads and build relationships with warm prospects and new potential clients
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
  • Engage sales executives for next steps and meeting handovers
  • Refine and contribute to the lead generation playbook
  • Conduct cold calls and email outreach to generate new sales opportunities
  • Identify prospect needs and suggest relevant products or services
  • Build long-term trust with prospects to qualify leads effectively
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales executives
  • Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the Sales Manager

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience
