About the Company and Role:

As part of its continued operations, Pilatus Zambia is seeking a Sales Executive who will be responsible for promoting and selling vehicles, identifying potential customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets to support the growth of the dealership.
Key responsibilities:
- Promote and sell vehicles to prospective customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and customer enquiries.
- Provide customers with accurate information on vehicle specifications, features, pricing, and financing options.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and arrange test drives for interested clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate sales agreements and follow up with clients to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads.
- Keep up to date with vehicle market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
Qualifications & experience:
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years previous sales experience is required, with experience in vehicle sales being a strong advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Proficient in microsoft office and the ability to maintain accurate sales records.
Compensation:
The incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
