An opportunity is available for a Sales Executive to join a well-established automotive dealership. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and delivering an exceptional vehicle purchasing experience.
We are looking for a confident, target-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a professional approach, and a passion for the automotive industry.
Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- Valid Driver's License (non-negotiable)
- Previous vehicle sales experience preferred
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Professional and presentable appearance
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work weekends and dealership trading hours when required
- Knowledge of automotive finance and insurance processes will be advantageous
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve monthly vehicle sales targets
- Assist customers throughout the sales process from enquiry to vehicle delivery
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Generate new business through prospecting and referrals
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Prepare quotations and sales documentation
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Follow up on leads and customer enquiries
- Stay informed on vehicle specifications, pricing, promotions, and competitor offerings
- Work closely with the finance and administration teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Participate in dealership marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
