ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving merchant acquisition, retention, and revenue growth by onboarding SMEs, merchants, and high-value business partners onto the Doroki platform. The role requires a highly driven and relationship-oriented professional who is comfortable working in the field, engaging merchants directly, and collaborating across teams to achieve commercial objectives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial Growth & Revenue Management
- Drive achievement of sales and revenue targets within the assigned territory.
- Support merchant retention and growth initiatives to maximize business performance.
Merchant Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify, prospect, onboard, and manage relationships with FMCG merchants, spas, supermarkets, restaurants, and other SME businesses.
- Conduct regular field visits and sales engagements to promote Doroki’s products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and key stakeholders.
Client Support & Service Excellence
- Resolve merchant issues promptly and manage client expectations effectively.
- Negotiate agreements and collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery.
Market Intelligence & Business Development
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and merchant operations to identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Gather market intelligence and provide insights to support strategic business initiatives.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Conduct surveys, spot checks, and performance analysis on merchant activities.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, merchant engagement, and business activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing and support teams to ensure effective branding, communication, and merchant support.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, merchant acquisition, or business development
- Proficiency in the use of sales CRM tools
- Strong analytical and competitive market analysis skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-performance environment
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills
