Riset Software & Systems LTD is seeking a highly motivated, professional, and technology-oriented Sales Executive & Field Service Technician to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for candidates with a business-related academic background who are passionate about software sales, customer training, client relationship management, and helping businesses improve their operations through innovative POS and ERP solutions.
Please Note:
- This is not a software development, programming, or coding position.
- Applicants with qualifications primarily in software development, computer programming, or related software engineering fields will not be considered.
- Preference will be given to candidates from business-related disciplines.
- The role involves frequent inter-county travel, extensive fieldwork, and regular movement to customer premises for software demonstrations, implementation, training, and support. Applicants should be physically fit, flexible, and willing to travel extensively.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Conduct professional software demonstrations and presentations.
- Train customers on the effective use of POS and ERP software.
- Support software implementation, onboarding, and user adoption.
- Assist clients with system setup and provide first-level user support.
- Visit customer premises for software installation support, training, and after-sales service.
- Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
- Prepare quotations and follow up until sales are successfully closed.
- Promote the company's software products and services while achieving monthly sales targets.
- Represent the company professionally during customer visits, exhibitions, and business meetings.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any of the following fields:
