Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development by identifying and securing new clients and market opportunities
  • Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with clients through trust, service excellence, and regular engagement
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions aligned to company offerings
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve growth targets
  • Conduct networking, lead generation, and proactive outreach activities
  • Deliver high levels of client service and ensure ongoing relationship management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client support
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or client relationship management
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish trusted, long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong networking and prospecting abilities
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Professional, resilient, and results-oriented
Industry Experience:
  • Financial sector experience is not required
  • Candidates from various industries with strong sales or business development experience are encouraged to apply
