Job Summary

  • A Sales Executive in a media and advertising firm is responsible for generating revenue by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities for advertising products and services.
  • The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client marketing needs, and recommending suitable media solutions such as digital ads, print, outdoor, and broadcast campaigns.
  • The Sales Executive also prepares and delivers sales pitches, negotiates contracts, meets sales targets, and collaborates with internal creative and media teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.

Description

  • Ensure timely sales of billboard inventory, update and manage the company’s client database and CRM records.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and Advertising agencies.
  • Contribute ideas for improving the company’s visibility and competitive positioning in the market.
  • Follow up on client inquiries, campaigns, payments, and feedback.
  • Manage key accounts and provide timely updates to management.
  • Represent Derkit Media atmeetings, events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and client databases.
  • Submit weekly and monthly activity/sales reports.
  • Monitor advertising campaign performance and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the operations/design team to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Roles

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate organizations, Advertising agencies, SMEs, government agencies, and individuals.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals professionally while ensuring profitability for the company.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to improve revenue generation and market visibility.
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase company revenue and market presence.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and advertising packages for clients.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 - 6 years work experience.
