Job description

  • Prospect and identify potential clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell real estate properties residential, commercial, industrial to clients to prospective buyers.
  • Conduct property tours and explain features, pricing and payment plans.
  • Negotiate sales agreements, close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales target.
  • Provide professional advice to clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and property related matters.
  • Handle client inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing /media team to execute promotional campaigns.
  • Attend property exhibitions, networking events, and open houses to generate leads.networking events
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, investors, and partners.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads.
  • Staying up-to-date with real estate trends, activities and market insights.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.
  • Ensure all documentations, contracts ,and agreements are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing ,product development, legal, accounts and customer service to align efforts ,leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities .
  • Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.
