Sales Executives - Fire Alarms & Security Systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging needs
  • Carry out site surveys with the technical team to understand client requirements
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and solution demos
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of security solutions to clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with favorable terms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies
  • Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and industry forums


RequirementsQualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in:
  • CCTV systems
  • Access control
  • Fire alarm systems
  • Electronic security / ELV solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in solution-based selling and managing the full sales cycle
  • Familiarity with the Kenyan market (Pan-African exposure is an added advantage)
  • Experience conducting site visits and working with technical teams is a plus
