Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging needs
- Carry out site surveys with the technical team to understand client requirements
- Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and solution demos
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of security solutions to clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals with favorable terms
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies
- Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and industry forums
RequirementsQualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in:
- CCTV systems
- Access control
- Fire alarm systems
- Electronic security / ELV solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in solution-based selling and managing the full sales cycle
- Familiarity with the Kenyan market (Pan-African exposure is an added advantage)
- Experience conducting site visits and working with technical teams is a plus
