Responsibilities:
- Generate and close property sales
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct property inspections with clients
- Follow up on leads and prospects consistently
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and performance updates
- Support marketing and promotional campaigns
- Maintain proper client database and sales records
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience.
- A minimum of an HND
