About the Role

  • The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and maximizing sales across hotel services rooms, events, F&B.
  • This role focuses on achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction aligned with Hyatt’s brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities corporate, leisure, MICE segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate partners
  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with marketing and revenue management teams
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • 3–6+ years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts
  • Knowledge of local and international travel markets is a plus
