Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell cosmetic products to individual customers and retail outlets.
• Identify and prospect for new customers through direct marketing and field sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Demonstrate product features and educate customers on product benefits and usage.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within assigned territories.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.

 Requirements

• Age: 20–30 years.
• Minimum qualification: Senior High School (SHS), HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in sales or cosmetics is an added advantage but not required.
