Employment Information

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers within Owo and surrounding locations.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and sales growth initiatives to support station performance targets.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with businesses, fleet operators, key decision-makers, and strategic stakeholders within the market.
  • Generate qualified business leads and support commercial opportunities that strengthen the station’s customer base and revenue performance.
  • Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to support operational and commercial decision-making.
  • Represent the company professionally during customer engagements, business meetings, and external relationship-building activities.
  • Provide periodic reports on business development activities, customer engagement, market trends, and sales performance updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in sales, relationship management, business development, or a related commercial role.
  • Strong understanding of the Owo commercial environment and surrounding market landscape.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively with a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is an added advantage.
  • Fluency in English; ability to communicate in the local language for the location is an added advantage.
