Employment Information

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential corporate clients (hotels, schools, hospitals, estates, etc.) needing facility management and maintenance services.
  • Service Promotion: Pitch and introduce our core services, including Professional Air Conditioner (AC) Maintenance, Comprehensive Facility Management, Solar Installation & Energy Solutions General Procurement and Supply
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (facility managers, procurement officers, admin managers, and business owners).
  • Deal Closure: Act as the primary bridge between potential clients and our technical team to successfully secure service contracts


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or real estate.
  • An active, strong network within corporate, commercial, or residential real estate sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Background knowledge of facility management, real estate, or engineering services is a strong plus (but not mandatory).
