Your responsibilities will include:
- Visiting retail stores throughout Pretoria and surrounding areas
- Presenting, promoting, and selling Cosmic products to existing and prospective customers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and retail teams
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales and expand product listings
- Conducting customer needs analyses and providing suitable product solutions
- Achieving monthly sales targets and performance objectives
- Generating new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
- Resolving customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally
- Monitoring competitor activity and market trends
- Providing management with regular feedback on customer needs, opportunities, and
challenges
- Coordinating activities with merchandising teams and other departments
- Maintaining accurate sales records, reports, and territory updates
- Continuously improving through coaching, training, and feedback
